  I have used Roses naturally on a number of occasions. The service was great, the roses looked beautiful and the fragrance was heavenly. It is always a wonderful experience getting these roses.

  While the quality of the roses is amazing and the owners very pleasant to deal with I would not recommend this business to anyone as it is unreliable and 5 days before a wedding is not acceptable to be making alternate arrangements for flowers. I am extremely unimpressed and disappointed with the way things have eventuated.

  5 days out from my wedding I was informed I couldn't get the roses I had requested although in the months leading up to this time I had been assured would be available even though my wedding is the week after Valentine's Day. I was assured many times this would not affect my order. I was offered an alternative which was not suitable and was going to be twice the price I had been originally quoted. Paying double for an option that wasn't what I had ordered was not something I was going to be doing.

  I cannot thank you enough for all you did for our wedding. Our roses were absolutely stunning, and exactly as ordered and discussed. Lots of people remarked on the scent, and quality of the bouquets. I would highly recommend Roses Naturally.

The service I received recently when dealing with this business was professional and to the highest of standards with my needs being met at all times. The flowers as always were beautifully presented, lasted well beyond my expectations and the fragrance just superb.
